Regional Head Office NADRA Quetta, invites bidders thourgh Electronic Bids (EPADS) from the Suppliers/Contractors/Firms, registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax etc and must be registered with concerned government departments, bidder must be on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Procurement of Security Services for NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta and Its offices across the Balochistan 2. Tender Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, qualification and evaluation criteria etc are available for the registered bidders on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk 3. The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the tender documents, the electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before 16th April, 2026 at 11:00 AM Electronic bids Technical Proposal will be opened on 16th April, 2026 at 11:30 AM The bids will be opened on EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at NADRA Regional Head Office (Conference Hall-2, Ground Floor) Zarghoon Road Quetta. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in shape of Call Deposit (CDR) or Bank Guarantee, Rs. 1,155,000/-.
