Child Daycare Services – Reservation Of Places In Creche For The Children Of Agents Of Rennes Metropole, City Of Rennes, Ccas And Caisse Des Ecoles. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Reserved Places Are Intended To Accommodate Children From 10 Weeks Old Until The Day Before They Turn 4 Years Old. For Children With Disabilities And Benefiting From The Disabled Child Allowance (Aeeh), Reception Will Be Extended Up To 6 Years. The Reception Establishment Must Comply With The Regulatory Framework Applicable In Young Child Care Structures Approved By The Family Allowance Fund (Caf) Of Ille Et Vilaine And Must Have Approval From Maternal Child Protection (Pmi). This Market Is Launched As A Group Order Between Rennes Métropole, The City Of Rennes, The Center Communal Daction Sociale (Ccas) And The Caisse Des Ecoles. Rennes Métropole Is Designated As Coordinator Of The Group. Since 2018, The Rennes Metropolis Has Been Committed To A Responsible Purchasing Approach By Adopting A Socially And Ecologically Responsible Purchasing Promotion Scheme (Spaser). The Foundations Of Spaser 2024-2027 Are Based On 4 Axes: - The Coordination Of Public Purchasing In The Service Of Sustainable Development, - A Social And Equitable Public Order, - A Public Order In The Service Of The Ecological Transition, - Public Ordering, A Tool For Responsible Economic Development. The Candidate Who Tenders Must Show A Real Commitment Which Will Be Reflected In His Offer By Concrete Proposals Adapted To The Subject Of The Consultation In Accordance With The Expectations Of The Consultation File. The Maximum Amount Of Services For The Initial Period Of The Framework Agreement Is Defined In Article 4 Of The Act Of Commitment, It Is 70,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period, I.E. A Maximum Total Amount Of 210,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For A Maximum Duration Of 3 Years (Renewals Included)
