Parts And Accessories For Vehicles And Their Engines – Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Filters For Trucks And Equipment Used By Rejonowe Przedsiębiorstwo Zieleni I Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Kielce. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Operational Filters Intended For Trucks And Other Machines And Devices Used By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Current Demand, Based On Partial Orders, Carried Out Over A Period Of 12 Months. The Order Includes In Particular The Supply Of The Following Types Of Filters: • Oil Filters, • Fuel Filters, • Air Filters, • Cabin Filters, • Hydraulic Filters, • Cooling System Filters, • Other Operational Filters Used In The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment. 2. Scope Of The Order 1. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Partial Orders Placed By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. 2. In The Partial Order, The Ordering Party Will Specify: O Type Of Filter, O Quantity, O Type Of Vehicle Or Device, 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Filters That Are Brand New, Of Full Value And Free From Defects. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase And Reduce The Number And Proportions Of The Ordered Filters, 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Minimum And Maximum Quantity Of Ordered Filters, But Only Provides An Estimated Quantity, 6. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Not Using The Estimated Quantities Given In The Opz. 3. Requirements Regarding The Offered Filters 1. The Offered Filters Must: O Be Brand New And Unused, O Full Value And Free From Physical And Legal Defects, O Meet The Requirements Of Vehicle And Device Manufacturers, O Have Technical Parameters Corresponding To Original Parts Or Be Their Equivalents. 2. If Equivalent Parts Are Offered: O They Must Ensure The Same Or Higher Quality And Durability As The Original Parts, O They Must Be Fully Compatible With A Given Vehicle Or Device. 3. Filters Must Come From A Legal Distribution Channel And Have The Required Manufacturers Markings. 4. Filters Must Be Intended For Use In Vehicles And Devices Indicated By The Ordering Party And Ensure The Proper Operation Of These Vehicles. 5. The Offered Filters Should Be Manufactured In Accordance With Quality Management Systems Used In The Automotive Industry, In Particular: - Iso 9001 - Iatf 16949 Or Equivalent Quality Systems Used In The Production Of Car Parts. 4. Documents Confirming Quality At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present: • Product Catalog Card, • Manufacturers Declaration Of Conformity, • Document Confirming The Manufacturers Quality System. 5. Deadline For Deliveries 1. Deliveries Will Be Made Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Partial Order By The Ordering Party. 2. In Emergency Situations, The Ordering Party May Require The Order To Be Completed Urgently. 6. Place Of Delivery The Place Of Delivery Will Be The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party Or Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Poland. Transport, Unloading And Any Other Costs
