The Contract Aims To Provide Stam As A Service Provided Through Information And Communication Technologies And The Support Of Qualified Personnel, Guaranteeing Personalized Attention And Immediate, Permanent And Accessible Response In Situations Of Need, Insecurity, Loneliness Or Isolation, With The Aim Of Promoting Personal Autonomy, Permanence At Home And Integration Into The Usual Environment. The Purpose Of This Service Contract Is The Management Of The Telecare Service, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 36 H)2º And 38 Of Law 3/2019, Of February 18, On Inclusive Social Services Of The Valencian Community And, Especially In Accordance With The Municipal Ordinance Of The Home Telecare Service Approved In The Bop On July 8, 2020.
