The Assignment Includes: - Supplying Ready-To-Use Ict Hardware; - Supplying Laptop Carts; - Supplying Accessories/Peripheral Range; - Providing (Purchase) Advice; - Providing Service And Warranty; - Carrying Out Maintenance; - Unpacking And Disposing Of Packaging Material. Optional Within The Assignment Is: - The Disposal Of Old Hardware, Including The Provision Of The Certificate Of Destruction. The Assignment Does Not Include: - Supplying Touchscreens; - Providing (Mobile) Telephony. This Concerns A Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As: Agreement) With An Initial Term Of Two (2) Fixed Years. After This Period, The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement Four (4) Times For One Year By Taking Option Years. The Maximum Term Is Therefore Six (6) Years. The Agreement Expires After The End Of The Contract Years Or After The Maximum Order Value Has Been Reached.
