Environmental Impact Assessment For Construction - Development Of The Assessment Report (Soh) Including Related Studies Of The Construction Diaľnica D1 Bidovce - State Border Sk/Ua. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of The Evaluation Report According To Act No. 24/2006 Coll. On Assessment Of Environmental Impacts And On Amendments To Certain Laws As Amended. The Assessment Report Also Includes Related Studies As Its Appendices And Supplementary Documentation - Technical Background, While Their Need Arises Not Only From The Relevant Legislation But Also From The Scope Of The Assessment Issued As Part Of The Process Of Assessing The Effects Of The Proposed Activity Diaľnice D1 Bidovce - Št. Border Sk/Ua On The Environment. The Technical Background Primarily Includes The Design Of A New Combined Variant G And I (Tunnel) Without A Significant Negative Impact On The Territory Of The Natura 2000 System And The Evaluated Variant G In The Sense Of The Information On The Proposed Activity Or Its Change And The Requirements Of The Scope Of The Evaluation. At The Same Time, The Modifications To The Route Will Reflect On The Results Of The Identification Of Animal Migration Routes In The Affected Area. Such Modified Route Proposal, Or Its Possible Alternatives Will Be Equally Evaluated In The Evaluation Report. The Evaluation Report Must Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Determined Scope Of The Evaluation In Accordance With Annex No. 11 To Act No. 24/2006 Coll. On The Assessment Of Environmental Impacts And On The Amendment Of Some Laws, As Amended, To The Variant That Is Based On The Information On The Proposed Activity Or Its Change, As Well As To The New Variant Determined In The Scope Of The Assessment, Which Will Be Developed As Part Of The Technical Background That Is Part Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined In Detail In Parts A.1 To B.3 Of The Tender Documents.
