As Part Of This Procurement Process, The Client Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Two Bidders For A Maximum Term Of Four Years. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Have Service Calls/Individual Orders (Individual Calls) Issued By The Client. The Maximum Call Volume Under The Respective Framework Agreement Is 8 Million Euros Net. It Is Intended To Make The First Call Under The Framework Agreement Shortly After The Contract Has Been Awarded. If Specific Employees Of A Contractor Are Deployed In Specific Projects Of The Client When The Framework Agreement Expires, The Client Can Continue To Call Up These Specific Employees With An Individual Call Even After The Framework Agreement Has Expired Until The End Of The Respective Project Under The Conditions Of The Framework Agreement.
