The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle And Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Miłaków. 2. The Offered Subject Of The Order Will Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Order With Full Documentation, Including Certificates And Approvals Authorizing The Above-Mentioned Equipment For Proper Use. The Contractor Declares That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Be Brand New And Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects. 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out And Bearing The Costs Related To The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract And Training Users In The Operation Of The Vehicle. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Warranty And Service Conditions Are Described In Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Date Of Receipt Of The Delivery At Least 5 Days Before The Date Of Receipt Of The Equipment Delivery. 6. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, As Well As Standards, Technical Approvals And Reference Systems Are Indicated In The Swz, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Swz, Provided That They Guarantee The Delivery In Accordance With The Swz And Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz And Are Consistent In Terms Of: 1) Dimensions And Construction (Size, Type, Physical Properties And Number Of Components), 2) Functional Character (Identity Of Functions), 3) Material Characteristics (Type And Quality Of Materials), 4) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Linear Characteristics, Structures, Etc.), 5) Safety Parameters Of Use, 6) Emission Standards. 7.
