1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Full-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Modernization Of The Crisis Management Building At Al. Greater Poland Insurgents In Piła.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Construction Designs, Technical And Executive Designs, Surveying Studies, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Cost Estimate Documentation, 2) Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Construction Law.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 11 To Swz.4. As Part Of The Development Of Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Responsible For: 1) Obtaining All Necessary Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits Required By Law, 2) Preparing A Construction, Technical And Executive Design In The Field Of Architecture, Construction, Sanitary, Electrical, Road, Telecommunications, Greenery, Target Traffic Organization, 3) Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit, 4) Exercising Authors Supervision Throughout The Entire Period Of Contract Implementation, 5) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, 6) Developing Concept,7) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,8) Development Of A Target Traffic Organization Project, If Necessary,9) Development And Implementation Of Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of The Structure, If Necessary,10) Development Of A Greenery Design Taking Into Account, Among Others, Replacement Planting After Obtaining A Decision On Possible Tree Felling, If Necessary, 11) Submitting All Required Applications On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Obtaining All Required And Necessary Decisions, 12) Providing The Ordering Party With Confirmation Of Submitting An Application With Attachments For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works.
