The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Trailer As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For Students And Staff Of Vocational Schools Of The Tuchola County - Stage Ii Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under Priority 8 European Funds For Support In The Area Of The Labor Market, Education And Social Inclusion Measure 08.28 Vocational Training Oppt Specific Objective: 4.F Supporting Equal Access To Good Quality, Inclusive Education And Training And The Possibility Of Completing Them, In Particular In Relation To Disadvantaged Groups, From An Early Age Education And Child Care Through General And Vocational Education And Training, To Higher Education, As Well As Adult Education And Learning, Including Facilitating Educational Mobility For All And Accessibility For People With Disabilities Of The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 4 To This Tor. The Technical Specification Contains The Minimum Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet.4. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Tractor And Trailer Required By The Ordering Party Is 12 Months And Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order By The Parties.5. The Tractor And Trailer Must Have All Documents Necessary For Registration And Authorizing The Vehicle To Traffic In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, And Must Be Adapted For Driving Lessons And Examinations In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of June 26, 2012 On The Scope And Method Of Conducting Technical Tests Of Vehicles And Templates Of Documents Used For These Tests (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 141, As Amended).6. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. The Proper Names Provided In This Swz (Origin, Manufacturer, Etc.) Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature To Determine The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials And Products Used. If The Above-Mentioned Items Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
