The Order Covers The Construction Of Street Lighting In The Town Of Pieczeniegi Along The Municipal Road. The Scope Of The Order In Question Includes The Execution Of 1 Section Of Lighting, I.E.: Suspension Of The Lighting Cable On The Poles Of The Low-Voltage Line Over A Length Of 493 M, Suspension Of An Additional Lighting Cable On A Section Of 264 M, Installation Of 12 Pcs. Of Poles And 12 Pcs. Of Lighting Fixtures And The Performance Of All Works To Guarantee The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Together With Attachments, I.E.: 1) Design Documentation. 2) Bill Of Quantities. 3) Detailed Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Proper Security, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site; 2) Obtaining The Required Consents For The Occupation Of The Road; 3) Surveying Services Along With Post-Construction Inventory; 4) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Final Acceptance Of The Works; 5) Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition And Compensating Any Damage To The Owners Of Properties Where Damage Occurred Due To The Contractors Fault; 6) Providing Documentation Post-Construction7) Post-Assembly Tests, I.E. Testing The Effectiveness Of Protection Against Electric Shock, Measurements Of Insulation And Earthing Resistance;8) Full Liability Of The Contractor For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Construction Site And In The Area Adjacent To The Construction Site And Waste Management To The Extent That It Completely Exempts The Ordering Party From This Liability.
