Feliksa Michalskiego 27, Which Is Part Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 1. Feliks Michalskiego In Knurów, Ul. Feliksa Michalskiego 27, 44-193 Knurów. The Order In Question Provides For The Reconstruction Of Selected School Rooms In Order To Improve Their Functionality And Aesthetics, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Girls Toilet In Order To Adapt It To Current Regulations, Through: 1.1. Creating A New Quality Of Communication Space,1.2. Installing System Wipers In Entrance Areas, 1.3. Renovation Of The Existing Door Joinery To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation, 1.4. Renovation Of The Girls Toilet, 1.5. Painting Balustrades And Safety Grating In The Staircase, 1.6. Reconstruction Of Internal Sanitary And Electrical Installations, 1.7. Enlarging Circulation On The Lowest Floor By Eliminating Some Of The Partition Walls.2. This Order Includes, Among Others: 2.1. Demolition And Demolition Works,2.2. Plastering, Plaster And Prefabricated Plaster Works,2.3. Installation Of Suspended Ceilings,2.4. Painting Works, 2.5. Laying Tiles (Floors And Tiles),2.6. Door Joinery Works, 2.7. Works In The Field Of Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations, Heating And Ventilation.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Task Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiors), Constituting Annexes To The Swz, And The Arrangements Resulting From The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Equipment And Materials When Performing Construction Works Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In The Design Documentation Using Polish Standards, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or A Detailed Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. All Parameters Of The Equipment And Materials Used By The Contractor In The Execution Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Indicated In The Design Documentation. The Following Types Of Devices Should Be Treated As Examples.4. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards, Current Arrangements With The Ordering Party And The Land Infrastructure Managers, And The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
