The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Of A Construction And Detailed Design And, On Their Basis, Construction Works For The Task: Development Of Biodiversity Through The Revalorization Of The Tasarka Water Reservoir And Development Of The Adjacent Area In The Mstów Commune2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 2.1. Development Of Complete Design Documentation: - Completion Date Up To 6 Months From Signing The Contract. The Scope Of Design Work Includes: 1. Pre-Design Work: Preparation Of A Geotechnical Opinion (If Required), Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, Obtaining An Excerpt And Outline From The Local Spatial Development Plan (Or General Plan Of The Commune). 2. Obtaining All Arrangements, Expert Opinions, Opinions, Technical Conditions And Additional Decisions Necessary To Implement The Investment In Question. 3. Implementation Of A Tank Cleaning Project.4. Preparation Of A Project For The Revalorization Of The Tasarki Water Reservoir And Development Of The Adjacent Area, Including All Assumptions Described In This Fup. 5. Obtaining The Necessary Valid Permits From The Relevant Administrative Institution In The Form Of Reporting Construction Works Or A Building Permit. 6. Preparation Of Technical Designs For The Required Industries, Meeting The Requirements Of Polish Regulations In The Field Of Occupational Safety, Sanitary Conditions, Environmental Protection And Fire Protection And Having The Required Arrangements And Approvals. 7. Preparation Of Executive Designs, Presenting Detailed Location Of All Devices And Elements Of The Works, Their Dimensional And Technical Parameters, Detailed Specification (Quantitative And Qualitative) Of Devices And Materials. 8. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation With Geodetic Inventory. 9. Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 10. Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates. 2.2. Bioremediation Treatments Should Be Performed In A 2-Year Cycle - 2 Applications For A Given Year (4 Applications In Total).2.3. Execution Of Construction Works On The Subject Task In Accordance With The Developed Technical Documentation And Stwiorb And Relevant Legal Provisions - Completion Date Up To 18 Months From Signing The Contract.
