1. The Order Envisages The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula, Including Conservation And Construction Works At Brama Wysoka Located At Ul. Grottgera In Białogard (Plots No. 238, 245, Precinct 0017, Białogard): The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Build Formula Is (In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program): 1.1 Development Of Design Documentation, Including: 1) Construction Design: Conservation And Construction Works At Brama Wysoka Containing All The Construction Works Necessary To Carry Out The Construction Works Included In The Program Functional And Utility Industries, I.E. Architectural, Construction, Road, Sanitary Installations, Design Of (Temporary) Traffic Organization, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Materials To Carry Out Design Work, In Particular Current Maps, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Extracts And Drawings, Obtaining Appropriate Permits, Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Allowing The Implementation Of Construction Works Required By Applicable Regulations (Including Decisions Of The West Pomeranian Monuments Conservator) And Obtaining The Final Decision On Building Permit;2) Detailed Design Constituting An Extension Of The Above-Mentioned Study, In The Form Of Separate Industry Studies;3) Bills Of Quantities For Individual Industries;4) Cost Estimates For Individual Industries;5) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;6) Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works;7) Ensuring That Designers Carry Out Authors Supervision Over The Performance Of Construction Works. Design Documentation Will Be Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454). The Cost Estimate Documentation Will Be Prepared Using The Detailed Calculation Method In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 20, 2021 On Determining The Methods And Basis For Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate, Calculating The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2458). The Contractor Will Make All Arrangements And Opinions As Part Of The Remuneration. Necessary To Obtain Administrative Decisions In Order To Perform The Works - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And Other Applicable Standards And Regulations, And Will Ensure The Execution And Verification (If Such A Requirement) Of The Project In Terms Of Compliance With The Law By Persons With The Required Construction Qualifications Or Appraisers From Relevant Industries.1.2 Carrying Out Construction
