Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction And Raising The Roof In The Garage Building For Medical Ambulances At The Emergency Station In Słupsk

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula Entitled: Reconstruction And Raising The Roof Of A Garage Building For Medical Ambulances At The Emergency Medical Service Station In Słupsk. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Preparation Of Full Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Along With All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Studies Necessary To Obtain The Administrative Decision Required By Law, • Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Including: - Demolition Of The Existing Roof And Partition Walls, Disposal Of Demolition Materials; - Construction Of A New Roof And Raising The Roof Along With Reinstallation Of Existing Photovoltaic Panels; - Construction Of New Garage Doors So That A Medical Ambulance Could Enter The Garage (Gvwr 5.0T); - Construction Of New Flooring Layers With Linear Drainage; - Construction Of Thermal Insulation; - Construction Of A Window; - Replacement Of Existing Radiators; - Construction Of A New Electrical And Telecommunications Installation; - Finishing Of Walls And Floors Inside The Facility; - Implementation Of Gravity-Assisted Installation For Each Garage; -Construction Of A New Façade; -Replacement And Construction Of New Internal And External Doors Along With Widening The Openings; -Connection Of Floor Drains To The Existing Separator.3.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: •Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ffu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz •Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz.4.The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Omissions Contained In The Indicated Ffu, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Corrections Or Changes. The Data Specified In The Attached Fup Are Considered Target Values, In Which Changes Are Permitted As Part Of The Arrangements With The Ordering Party. 5. Construction And Executive Designs Must Be Complete, Cover All Industries And Contain Solutions That Are Optimal And Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Purpose They Are To Serve. The Contractor May Not Take Advantage Of Errors Or Omissions In The Fup, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, And In The Event Of Failure To Do So, The Resulting Consequences Will Be Borne Solely By The Contractor. The Data Specified In The Fup Will Be Considered Target Values In Which Changes Are Permitted As Part Of The Arrangements With The Ordering Party. 6. During The Performance Of Construction Works, The Contractor May Make Changes To The Project (With The Prior Written Consent Of The Ordering Party), Provided That This Change Will Be Beneficial To The Ordering Party, Or Better Parameters Will Be Achieved, Or The Contractor Will Offer Devices With Higher Parameters Than Those Indicated I
