Part 1 Of The Order: Partial Renovation Of Roads In The Villages Of Bielowicko, Biery, Grodziec, Iłownica, Jasienica, Łazy, Roztropice, Świętoszówka, Wieszczetathe Order Will Consist In Repairing Defects In The Road Surface (With Asphalt), Filling The Roadsides With Stone Aggregate To The Road Level, Protecting Against Further Destruction (Spraying Emulsion, Filling Cracks With Asphalt) And Adjusting Covers Wells And Sewage Grates To The Road Level. Scope Of Works: 1) Partial Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface Using Mineral-Asphalt Mass With Cutting Out The Edges And Pouring With Asphalt And Filling The Edges With Grit, 2) Partial Renovation Of The Bituminous Surface Using Mineral-Asphalt Mass Without Cutting The Edges And Pouring Asphalt And Filling The Edges Of The Patches With Gravel - Settlement For 1 Ton Of Built-In Mass, 3) Surface Consolidation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Stone Grit, 4) Closing Cracks In Bituminous Surfaces (Gap Up To 2 Cm Wide) - With Hot Asphalt And Backfilling With Stone Grit (From 1 To 2 Mm), 5) Vertical Adjustment Of Inspection Well Hatches And Rainwater Well Inlets, 6) Filling The Roadsides With Stone Aggregate To The Road Level. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Following Annexes To The Swz: - Form Price (Constituting Annex No. 1A - For Part 1 Of The Order), Which Should Be Submitted Together With The Offer Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz), - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Constituting Annex To Swz No. 3A For Part 1 Of The Order), - Technical Specifications (Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz). Note No. 1: The Quantities Given In The Price Form Are Estimated Quantities Used To Select The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Individual Works During Implementation, Within The Amount Specified In § 10 Section 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 3A To The Swz). The Gross Value Of The Contract (Specified In § 10 Section 1 Of The Contract) For Part 1 Of The Order Will Not Exceed Pln 293,421.00, I.E. The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance Part 1 Of The Order. The Required Warranty Period For The Works Performed Is 24 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Works By The Ordering Party And Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works.
