1. Task No. 1: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Post-Consolidation Works In The Klikowa District In The Scope Of Area No. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Recultivation Works In The Area Covered By Consolidation Related To The Course Of The A 4 Motorway In The City Of Tarnów, Klikowa District, In The Scope Of Area No. 1, Based On The Decision Of The Mayor Of Tarnów No. Wge.Rge.6832.1.2016 Of July 7, 2022. The Task Will Include, Among Others: 1) Clearing Separate Agricultural Plots Constituting Access To The Reclaimed Plots In Order To Enable Recultivation Work To Be Carried Out, 2) Clearing Bushes, Eliminating Old Roads And Borders, Mowing Perennial Grasses, Removing Self-Seeds, Removing Trees And Stumps, Leveling, Plowing And Harrowing The Plots According To The Site Plan, 3) Removing Waste, Old Foundations And Stumps From The Plots Along With Disposal. The Detailed Scope Of The Study Is Presented On The Site Plan And In The Reclamation Table For Area No. 1, Excluding The Scope Covered By The Attached Declarations Of The Plot Owners.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 1 And 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz.
