The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Warehouse At The Provincial Warehouse And Workshop Base Of Civil Defense In Luboszyce, Ul. Czarnowąska 5A – Stage I. The Scope Of Stage I Includes: 1. Preparation Of Full Design Documentation For The Implementation Of Stage I, Including Obtaining All Consents, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits On Its Basis, In Particular The Building Permit;2. Carrying Out Preparatory Works: A) Clearing The Necessary Greenery Colliding With The Infrastructure, According To The Table And The Inventory Attached To The Study; B) Demolition Of Existing Facilities, The Inventory Of Which Was Attached To The Ffu Study; C) Demolition Of Access Roads Necessary For The Implementation Of Stage I; D) Construction Of Power, Water And Sewage Connections; E) Leveling The Area;3. Construction Of A Warehouse With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Built-In Equipment;4. Construction Of Internal Installations And Rainwater Drainage Installations;5. Construction Of An External Monitoring Installation;6. Providing Authors Supervision. The Scope Of Stage I Does Not Include: Design And Implementation: 1. Equipment Shelters,2. Photovoltaics, Therefore All Devices Will Be Powered By The Electrical Installation;3. Access Control, Telecommunications And Internal Monitoring Installations;4. Construction Of Parking Spaces And Pedestrian And Road Routes;5. Hardening The Area, Including The Fire Route;6. Greenery And Small Architecture;7. Solid Waste Collection Sites;8. Heat Pumps.9.
