Tenders Are Invited For Bicycle Roads In The City Of Jelenia Góra - Module Ii (Design And Build Order)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Path Along The District Road No. 2780D Constituting A Connection Between Jelenia Góra And Piechowice In The Design And Build Formula. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Based On This Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Permitting The Implementation Of Construction Works Required By Law.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works, Based On The Developed Design Documentation Referred To In Stage I. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Procurement, Including The Annexes To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Planned Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is Set At 20 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of Construction Works), Taking Into Account That: 1) Within 14 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Complete Design Documentation And Obtain The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Design Documentation And Commencement Of The Construction Works.2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Construction Works At Least 7 Days Before The Date Indicated In Point 2 And Notify The Ordering Party In Writing Of Readiness For Final Acceptance.
