The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Entitled: Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Facility In The Świętokrzyskie Commune In The Design-Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Is Design, Along With Obtaining All Official Decisions, And Then Execution Of Construction Works And As-Built Documentation For The Investment Task Titled Thermal Modernization Of A Public Utility Facility In The Świętokrzyskie Village. The Offer Provided By The Contractor Should Include The Entire Task, I.E. Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions, Assembly, Construction Works And All Supplies And Services Necessary To Carry Out The Project Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party For Use (Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Notice Of Completion Of The Works). The Contractors Scope Will Also Include Additional Works And Installation Elements That Have Not Been Specified, But Are Necessary For The Proper Functioning And Stable Operation And Required Maintenance Works, As Well As To Obtain A Guarantee Of Efficient And Failure-Free Operation. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Also Takes Into Account Environmental Assumptions, The So-Called Green Orders In The Following Scope: 1) Design Documentation Should Be Printed On Recycled Paper With An Fsc Recycled Or Pefc Recycled Certificate Or Equivalent. 2) When Performing Construction Works, The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of Polystyrene With An Environmental Product Declaration (Epd) Or Equivalent That Confirms A Reduced Carbon Footprint During Production. When Performing Construction Works, The Employer Requires The Use Of Mineral Wool That Comes At Least Partially From Recycling. When Performing Construction Works, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Use Only Equipment That Will Not Adversely Affect The Quality Of The Works Performed. Equipment Owned By The Contractor Or Rented To Perform The Works Is To Be Kept In Good Technical Condition And Ready For Work, And Must Be Characterized By Low Energy Consumption, I.E. If This Applies To A Given Type Of Equipment, It Must Fit Into And Be Marked In The Energy Class From A To G. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Equipment In A Technical Condition That Guarantees No Leaks Of Operating Fluids.3) In Order To Minimize Exhaust Gas And Noise Emissions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Of Tools And Light Construction Equipment Powered By Electricity Or With Electric Batteries (E.G. Drills, Screwdrivers, Cutters, Electric Compactors, Hand-Held Power Tools), Provided That This Type Of Equipment Is Available On The Market To Perform A Given Type Of Work.4) Tools Used During Work Should Have The Ce Marking, I.E. They Should Have A Certificate Confirming That The Product Meets Eu Directives Regarding Safety Of Use, Health Protection And The Environment.5) Electrically And Battery-Powered Equipment Used At The Construction Site, Must Be Charged/Powered By Electricity
