Grunwaldzka 16,2) Expansion And Modernization Of The Art Studio Building, Including The Construction Of A Connector To The Theater Building,3) Adaptation And Renovation Of The Commercial Building At Ul. Grunwaldzka 14, The So-Called Hundreds. The Aim Of Modernization Works At The Miniatura Municipal Theater In Gdańsk, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Mtm Or Theatre, Is To Improve The Technical And Functional Conditions Of The Theaters Operation, Both In The Sphere Of The Audience, As Well As In The Ergonomics Of The Theater Staffs Work, And To Increase The Acoustic And Visual Level Of Performances. The Contractors Task Is To Develop A Project For The Revitalization Of The Architectural Structure, Adapting The Theater For The Production Of Performances In Modern Stage Technology, But Maintaining The Historical Design Of The Buildings And Maintaining Comfortable Accessibility For Disabled People (With Special Needs).
