The Facility Belongs To The Type Of Tower Windmills Characterized By The Fact That The Mill Building Is Stationary And Only The Roof (The So-Called Cap) With The Wings Is Rotatable. Tower Windmills Are Also Called Dutch Windmills Or Simply Dutch Windmills. The Building Is A Free-Standing, 4-Story Structure, Without A Basement, Built On A Reinforced Concrete Slab.
