The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Wall And Roof Covering And The Reconstruction Of The Blades Of The Dutch Windmill From Gromadno. The Windmill Is Located On Plot No. 811/19, In The Southern Part Of The Museum Of Folk Culture In Osiek On The Noteć River. The Facility Belongs To The Type Of Tower Windmills Characterized By The Fact That The Mill Building Is Stationary And Only The Roof (The So-Called Cap) With The Wings Is Rotatable. Tower Windmills Are Also Called Dutch Windmills Or Simply Dutch Windmills. The Building Is A Free-Standing, 4-Story Structure, Without A Basement, Built On A Reinforced Concrete Slab. The Building Has A Regular Octagonal Plan (Side Length Measured At The Level Of The Foundations - 331-347 Cm). The Body Of The Body Is In The Form Of A Truncated Pyramid; The Shape Of The Roof (Cap) Is Boat-Shaped - In A Shape Similar To A Boat With Its Keel Upside Down. The Cap Was Adjusted With Its Wings To The Direction Of The Wind By An Internal Mechanism (Gear Activated Manually With A Crank). Data About The Building: Building Height (From Ground Level To The Highest Point Of The Ridge) - 13.25 M Building Height (To The Roof Eaves) - 10.36 M Building Area - 55.46 M² Gross Volume - Approx. 620 M³renovation Of Wall Coverings And Roof Includes: - Removal Of Shingles From The Roof And Walls, - Verification Of The Technical Condition Of The Battens And Counter-Battens And Their Possible Replacement, - Checking The Technical Condition Of The Roofing Felt And, If Necessary, Spot Repair Of Defects, - Installation Of New Counter-Battens (3 X 6 Cm) And Battens (4 X 6 Cm) Under The Shingle Covering (Use Pine Or Larch Battens And Counter-Battens ), Covering The Roof And Walls With Wooden Shingles. The Door Joinery Should Be Replaced With A New One, With A Board-And-Spong Structure, Using The Existing Fittings. The Window Frames Should Be Replaced With New, Wooden, Loom Ones. Single-Leaf Casement Windows. Softwood Lumber Should Be Used For Construction/Reconstruction Of Construction Joinery. The Absolute Humidity Of Wood In Window And Door Joinery Should Be Within The Range Of 10-16%. Window And Door Joinery Should Be Protected With An Oily Preparation That Does Not Change The Color Of The Wood. Reconstruction Of Wings. New Propellers Should Be Installed In The Cast Iron Head Of The Wing Shaft. The Wings Consist Of Two Pine Ambers With Variable Cross-Sections Passing Through Two Through Sockets In The Shaft Head. Amberjacks Should Be Stiffened With Wooden Wedges. Four Pine Spikes Which Are Extensions Of The Amber Should Be Attached To The Amber Using Screws And Steel Clamps. In Each Point, Attach Asymmetrically Transverse Daggerboards (Rungs) Tied At The Ends With Longitudinal Strips (So-Called Sideboards). The Blades Should Be Mounted In Through Sockets Cut Into The Point At Variable Angles So That The Angles Of Attack Of Individual Sections Of The Propeller Blade Are Approximately Constant.
