The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Should Be Of The First Quality, Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality And Admitted For Trading. No Element Of The Subject Of The Contract, Nor Any Of Its Components, Is Ex-Exhibition And Has Not Been Previously Used By Another Entity. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Comes From Legal Sources Of Distribution And Meets All The Requirements Set Out In Applicable Law For This Type Of Products. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Meets All Standards In Terms Of Quality, Aesthetics And Functionality;4.1.4. The Devices Must Have An Operating Manual And Warranty Documents In Polish And Be Compliant With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education And Sport On Safety And Hygiene In Public And Non-Public Schools And Institutions (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1604).4.1.7.
