The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Telecommunications Services In The Field Of Mobile Telephony, Including The Delivery Of Brand New Mobile Phones, Sim Cards For Mobile Phones To The Commune And City Office Of Goleniów. 2. The Provided Telecommunications Service Is Intended To Ensure, Among Other Things, The Preservation Of The Msisdn Telephone Numbers Previously Used By The Ordering Party, The Transfer Of Numbers From The Current Operator, Voice, Text (Sms), Multimedia (Mms) Communications And Access To Internet Resources. The Service Will Be Provided By Using Sim Cards, Mobile Phones And Accessories Provided By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Expects To Transfer Individual Numbers After The End Of The Existing Contracts And The Expiry Of The Obligations Arising Therefrom.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Also To Guarantee The Provision By The Contractor For The Needs Of The Ordering Party Of Services Currently Available In The Market Offer Of A Given Contractor And Those That The Contractor Will Introduce For General Use On The Market During The Duration Of The Contract. The Conditions For The Provision Of Services Proposed By The Contractor In The Offer Cannot Be Worse Than The Conditions For The Provision Of Such Services For Companies And Business Clients Currently In Force At A Given Contractor.4.
