Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Laser Welding Machine And Electronic Equipment At The School Complex No. 2. J. Iwaszkiewicz - Ckziu In Katowice As Part Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of A Workshop And Training Hall
1. The Subject Of The Order Is Part 1 - Delivery Of A Laser Welding Machine2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 5A To The Swz - Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Equipment3. Additional Information: - Annex No. 5A And/Or 5B To The Swz - Constitutes A Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act - Description Of The Offered Equipment Should Be Submitted With The Offer, In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 5A And/Or 5B To The Swz (I.E. On The Date Of Submission Of Offers), Because Specifying In It The Provision That Will Be Provided If The Offer Is Selected As The Most Advantageous, Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. However, The Content Of The Offer Consists Only Of Those Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which Contractors Should Not Only Confirm The Compliance Of Parameters The Offered Product With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party - On A Meets/Does Not Meet Basis, But Provide The Full Name Of The Manufacturer And Model Of The Offered Product In Order To Clearly Identify It And/Or Specify The Values Of Technical Parameters Or Features Of The Offered Products. Specifying This Information Is Necessary For The Ordering Party To Conduct The Procedure And Constitutes The Content Of The Offer. Therefore, Any Failure To Submit The Description Of The Offered Equipment On The Date Of Submission Of Offers, Or Failure To Complete Or Incorrectly Fill In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, Preventing The Ordering Party From Identifying The Product Offered, Or The Inability To Determine Whether The Offered Products Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Referred To In The Template Constituting Annex No. 5A And/Or 5B To The Swz, Will Result In Absolute Rejection Of The Offer, Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 226 Section 1 Point 2 Letter C) And/Or Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law - However, Those Items In The Description Of The Offered Equipment, In Which The Contractors Should Only Confirm The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Product With The Minimum Requirements Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of Meets/Does Not Meet (Without The Need To Specify The Information), Do Not Constitute The Content Of The Offer, But Constitute A Means Of Evidence Confirming That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Referred To In The Provision Of Art. 106 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Reserves That If The Original Description Of The Offered Equipment In The Items Meets/Does Not Meet Turns Out To Be Incomplete Or Inaccurate, The Ordering Party Will Call On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Description Of The Offered Equipment, But In The Part Including Only Those Items: Meets/Does Not Meet,
