The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program, On The Basis Of Which A Procedure Will Be Carried Out To Select A Contractor For Design And Construction Works In The Design And Build System For The Construction Of A Temporary Shelter With A Parking Function For Peacetime And The Revitalization Of The Wolności Square Slab.
