The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Surveying Materials And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) For: Extension Of The District Road No. 2539W Ostrołęka - Łęg Starościński - Kurpiewskie - Szkwa On The Section From Km 9 + 200 To Km 12 + 680; As Well As Developing Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates As Well As Technical Specifications Necessary For The Zdp To Award An Order For The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment In The Subject Of The Contract. B) Answering Questions During The Procedure For The Award Of Public Procurement For The Performance Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation And Making Any Changes To The Design Documentation, The Necessity Of Which Will Result From The Questions Asked And The Answers Provided, C) Exercising, In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, Authors Supervision Over Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Hereinafter Jointly Referred To As The Subject Of The Agreement.
