1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Lease By The Provincial Police Headquarters Zs. In Radom From The Telecommunications Operator, It Uses Carrier Ethernet L2 Technology With A Minimum Bidirectional Bit Rate Of 10 Mbps And 1524 Bytes For Individual Connections (Side B) And Terminated With A 10/100 Base-T Or 10/100/100 Base-T Copper Contact In The Ordering Partys Existing Outdoor Cabinets. The Leased Lines And Network Devices Provided By The Contractor Will Be Part Of The Ost112 System And Will Be Its Integral Part. The Contractor Will Aggregate Individual Links In The Server Room At The Military Police Headquarters In Katowice (Side A). 2. Detailed And Qualitative Requirements Combine:A. Mtu Parameter 1534 Bytes, B. Rtd Parameter (Round-Trip Delay Time) < 60Ms, Packet Loss < 0.1%, C. The Contractors Devices Cannot Use The Leased Line Bandwidth For Management Purposes, D. Response To A Reported Fault Or Failure Within 1 Hour. From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party, Removal Of Failure Within 8 Hours. From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure, E. Availability Of The Contractors Technical Services 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, All Days Of The Year, F. Guarantee Of Annual Service Availability At The Level Of 99.7%.4. The Connections Can Be Established Using Electrical Or Optical Wire Lines As Well As On The Basis Of Radio Lines In The Licensed Band. If A Radio Link Is Used In Facilities That Are Not Owned By The Police, It Is Necessary To Obtain The Owners Consent For The Installation.5. The Ordering Party Allows The Implementation Of Links Based On Mpls L2 Digital Links, Provided That The Link Transparency Is Ensured, Allowing The Transfer Of All Layer 2 Protocols, In Particular Frame Tagging And The Cdp Protocol.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Order In The Ieee 802.1Q Tunneling (Q-In-Q) Technology With Layer 2 Procotol Tunneling, Provided That The Link Transparency Is Ensured, Allowing The Transfer Of All Layer 2 Protocols, In Particular Frame Tagging And The Cdp Protocol.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Active Devices Involved In The Provision Of The Service, Located Outside Police Units, Have A Guaranteed Power Supply, Allowing Proper Operation In The Event Of A Lack Of Basic Power Supply.8. The Contractor Will Carry Out Tests And Measurements To Check The Correct Operation Of The Link. The Contractor Will Present The Test Result To The Ordering Party For Approval.9. The Contractor Will Set Up And Launch The Connections Covered By The Contract At Least 5 Business Days Before The Date Specified As The Beginning Of The Service Provision Period In Order To Test And Observe The Correct Operation Of The Network And Any Errors Occurring There.10. After The Ordering Party Accepts The Measurements Presented By The Contractor And Confirms Correct Operation Of The Network, The Contractor Will Provide An Acceptance Report Signed By An Authorized Representative.11.
