The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Monitoring, Support And Development Services For The System (Telecommunications Information Point). As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Implemented Within The Scope Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide: I. Support And Development Services In The Amount Of A Maximum Of 100 Man-Hours, The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Support And Development Service Under The Basic Order Is Up To 6 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Ii. Monitoring Services, I.E. For Ongoing Monitoring Of The System Status And Responding To Occurring Events. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Monitoring Service In The Scope Of The Basic Order Is Up To 2 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
