4.1 The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies As Part Of The Task: Retrofitting The Workshop At The Kalinowa Primary School As Part Of The Project Feld.08.07-Iz.00-0082/25 From Dreams To Possibilities - We Support Development Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. 4.2 The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Any Number Of Parts Or All Parts Of The Order. Part 1 - Sensory Laboratory3the Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Elements In The Indicated Quantities To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Material And Quantity Statement (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 1) The Delivered Assortment Must Be Brand New, Functional, Unused, Not Displayed At Exhibitions And Fairs, Undamaged And Free From Third-Party Rights, Safe, Complete, I.E. With All Accessories Necessary For Their Use. The Offered Assortment Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases. The Offered Products Must Have The Required Certificates, Approvals, Quality Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity Or Markings, If They Are Required By Law For A Given Type Of Assortment, And Meet The Applicable Standards Applicable To The Subject Of The Order;2) In The Case Of Electrical And Electronic Equipment, It Is Required To Have The Ce Marking, While Products Intended For Use By Children Must Be Safe And Adapted To School Conditions;3) The Contractor Will Provide The Delivery Packaging As Required To Prevent Its Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery;4) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions For The Use Of The Assortment - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide The Website Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded;5) The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee And Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, For A Period Of Min. 24 Months (Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers);6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party And To Unload Them, Install And Set Them Up In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivery Will Take Place On Business Days At Hours Agreed Individually With The Ordering Party;7) The Contractor Undertakes To Remove, At His Own Expense, Any Damage Caused By The Contractor And Arising During The Execution Of The Order;8) The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Defects In The Subject Of The Order That Reduce Its Value Or Usefulness And In The Event Of Losses Resulting From This, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them. 4.4.
