1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part Of A Service Building, Including Adjustment Of The Size Of Rooms By Combining Existing Offices Or Separating Additional Social And Sanitary Rooms. As A Result Of The Reconstruction, 3 Office Rooms, 2 Offices And 2 Classrooms Will Be Created. Auxiliary Rooms Were Also Planned, Such As A Warehouse/Archive, A Server Room, And The Required Sanitary, Hygienic, Utility And Social Facilities. The Scope Of The Reconstruction Will Also Include Replacing The External Windows In The Premises And The Facade And Doors In The Staircase. One Window From The Yard Side Is Planned To Be Bricked Up. The Service Premises Will Be Separated And Fire-Protected From The Rest Of The Building (The Auditorium) And The Staircase. Emergency Routes And Exits Will Be Marked Correctly. The Premises Of The Service Premises Will Be Separately Metered For Utilities. As Before, They Will Be Heated From A Common, Existing Gas Boiler Room In The Building. Adjustments To The Communication System Of The Premises Are Also Planned - Extending The Corridor With A Side Branch. All Rooms In The Service Premises Will Be Accessible To Disabled People. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Method Of Implementation And Its Scope, Terms Of Settlement And Acceptance Of Works And The Contractors Obligations Within The Scope Of The Proposed Lump Sum Price Are Presented: 1) Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz; 2) Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
