The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Road With A Hard Surface Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In Strefowa Street In Oleśnica - Stage 2 Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads). The Study Area Is Located In The Area Covered By The Local Development Plan. Spatial Development Plan For The Area Located In The Area Of Krzywoustego Street In Oleśnica, Adopted By Resolution Of The Oleśnica City Council No. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation Taking Into Account The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Of The New Local Development Plan, Which Constitutes An Annex To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. If A New Local Development Plan Covering The Area Covered By The Study Is Adopted During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Adopted Design Solutions To The Provisions Of The Applicable Local Plan, Without Additional Remuneration, Provided That These Changes Do Not Result In A Significant Change In The Scope Of The Study. Applicable Deadlines: 1) The Deadline For Completion And Receipt Of Complete Design Documentation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is 182 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: • Development And Submission Of The Construction Design (Excluding The Design) To The Ordering Party Technical Design) - Up To 112 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, • Submitting An Application For A Building Permit Within 3 Days From The Receipt Of The Construction Design (Excluding The Technical Design); • Development And Submission To The Ordering Party Of 1 Copy Of The Technical Design, Detailed Design And The Rest Of The Studies Being The Subject Of The Contract - Up To 49 Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Design (Excluding The Technical Design) To The Ordering Party,2) After Completing The Complete Design Documentation Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In Administrative Proceedings Until A Final Building Permit Is Obtained. Together With The Final Building Permit Decision, The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With The Remaining Copies Of The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Contract, Supplemented And Corrected With Any Comments Of The Oleśnica County Staroste.3) The Contract Ends On The Date Of Obtaining The Final Building Permit Decision And Providing The Ordering Party With All Copies Of The Complete Design Documentation Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, But No Later Than 248 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.4) Exceeding The Deadlines For Processing Matters By Public Administration Bodies Cannot Constitute A Basis Charging Contractual Penalties, Provided That The Contra
