Subject Of The Ordera) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Complete Construction And Assembly Works, I.E. Its Scope Includes Reconstruction Of The Synthetic Surface, Reconstruction Of Access Roads, Small Architecture, I.E. Baskets, Benches, Gazebo, Playground Equipment, Etc., And Recultivation Of Greenery And New Plantings Of Low Greenery (Sowing Lawn).B) The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment And Materials Used Are Brand New, Meet The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of The Project, Safety And Security Regulations Occupational Hygiene And Met Pn-En Standards Appropriate For A Given Product Range, With Particular Emphasis On Safety Standards And Applicable Regulations And Requirements, C) The Condition For The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party Will Be A Post-Assembly Inspection Aimed At Verifying The Safety Of The Entire Facility Before It Is Released For Use. This Inspection Will Be Performed By An Independent, Authorized Certification Body Approved By The Ordering Party. The Costs Of The Inspection Are Borne By The Contractor. D) The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility.
