Regulation Of The Minister Of Health And Social Welfare Of May 30, 1996 On Medical Examinations Of Employees, The Scope Of Preventive Health Care For Employees And Medical Certificates Issued For The Purposes Provided For In The Labor Code (Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation), 1.3. Act Of December 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 2.1. Carrying Out Preliminary, Periodic And Inspection Tests Provided For In The Labor Code And Issuing The Necessary Decisions;2.2. Carrying Out Preventive Vaccinations Referred To In Art. 20 Of The Act Of December 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans;2.3. Ensuring The Participation Of An Occupational Medicine Doctor In The Occupational Health And Safety Committee (4 Meetings Per Calendar Year, Duration Of One Meeting - 60 Minutes).2.4.
