Tenders Are Invited For Providing Supplies Of Furniture Equipment For The Municipal Kindergarten And Nursery In Jelnica

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Furniture Equipment For Kindergarten And Nursery Rooms As Part Of The Investment Called Adaptation Of The Existing Sz. P. Building In Jelnica Into A Municipal Kindergarten And Nursery Along With Land Development. Part 1 Of The Order - Kindergarten Cloakroom - Room 0/3 And 0/28, Which Includes The Following Elements: - A Set Of Furniture For The Room. 0/3 - Cloakroom For Min. 50 Stations – 1 Set; - A Set Of Living Room Furniture. 0/28 – Locker Room For Min. 50 Stations – 1 Set; - Clothes Hanger For The Room. 0/3 – 2 Pcs. - Clothes Hanger For The Room. 0/28 - 2 Pcs. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Kindergarten And Nursery Building, Located At Jelnica 84, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions:2.1. Deliveries Will Be Made To Those Mentioned In Section 4.2. Rooms.2.2. Delivery Should Be Understood As The Delivery Of Elements Together With Bringing Them To The Indicated Premises, Assembly (If The Product Is Delivered In Parts) And Assembly. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Assembly Elements In The Offer. It Is Unacceptable To Send The Subject Of The Order By Courier Without Ensuring That The Contractors Representatives Are Ready To Collect It At The Destination.2.3. All Elements Constituting The Equipment Of A Given Room Must Be Adapted To The Layout Of The Room And Its Dimensions, And Therefore Must Harmonize With Each Other In Terms Of Aesthetics And Functionality. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Specification Of The Offered Equipment, Which Will Be Accompanied By A Diagram Of The Room With The Location Of Individual Elements.2.4. In The Valuation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Costs Related To The Delivery And Installation Of Elements In The Indicated Rooms, Including All Assembly Materials.2.5. The Specification Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment Was Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Appendix No. 1 Of The Swz. 2.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Requirement To Deliver The Equipment On Business Days, Within Time Intervals Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Number Of Ordered Articles. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation In This Respect. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4), The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of The Service To Be Provided By The Contractor Is Not Less Than 60% Of The Tender Price Of The Order For A Given Part. The Contractor Will Be Paid For The Number Of Articles Actually Delivered.
