The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Measurement Sets For The Diagnostic Console, Including Serial Port Cards, Portable Computers And External Ssd Drives For The Faculty Of Mechanical And Shipbuilding Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: A) Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Place Designated By The Ordering Party And Its Insurance Until It Is Collected By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations; B) The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Technical Parameters And Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; C) The Subject Of The Contract Delivered To The Ordering Party Is Brand New, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Ready For Operation, Without The Need To Make Additional Purchases And Is Not Subject To Any Third Party Rights; D) The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee Of Min. 24 Months.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To This Swz4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
