1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Mechanical Road Sweeping In The City Of Chojnice.2. The Order Includes In Particular The Following Activities: A) Mechanical Sweeping Of The Road, Parking Lots And Squares, B) Mechanical Sweeping Of The Road Along With Sprinkling.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer The Collected Municipal Waste To An Authorized Entity For Further Management In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Cost Of Waste Management Is Borne By The Contractor.4. Mechanical Sweeping Should Consist In Cleaning The Road On Both Sides At The Curbs With A Width Of Min. 1.30 M, Painted Strips And Sections, Including Bus Bays, And Other Surfaces Susceptible To Dirt Accumulation, E.G. Sewage Channels, Sand And Other Dirt And Their Removal.5. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
