4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization Of Two Meetings Of The Forum For Dialogue - Each Meeting May Be Attended By A Maximum Of 45 People. It Is Possible To Reduce The Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 10 People. Each Meeting Will Last Approximately 5 Hours 30 Minutes (Including Breaks And Lunch), Between 10:00 And 15:00. In Exceptional Situations, The Meeting Hours May Be Changed By The Ordering Party Or The Meeting Time May Be Extended By An Hour (Clockwise).
