Task 1 - Cleaning Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths And Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths In The City Of Piła.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Services Consisting In Cleaning Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths, As Well As Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths In The City Of Piła, I.E.: - Mechanical And Manual Cleaning Of Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths According To The Schedule, - Mechanical And Manual Cleaning Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths Indicated By The Ordering Party. If The Contract Is Concluded Later Than April 13, 2026, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths And Paths Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths Not Completed According To The Schedule (Due To The Late Conclusion Of The Contract) Will Be Cleaned By The Contractor On Another Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.3. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Specified In The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz).4. The Contractor As A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Section 1 Point 32 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste Is Obliged To Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task In Accordance With The Waste Act And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Resolution No. Xxxiv/346/20 Of The Piła City Council Of November 24, 2020 On The Adoption Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The City Of Piła.5. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Rights To Perform Specific Activities Or Activities, If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be Included In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act.6. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Contract.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.
