The Scope Of Work Includes Renovation And Repair Services For Small Architectural Elements That Have Undergone Natural Wear Or Have Been Damaged And Shown In The Offer Cost Estimate. Additionally, Unplanned Works That Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract Should Be Taken Into Account.2. The Cost Estimate For The Work Should Include The Purchase, Delivery And Use Of All Materials, System Elements And Accessories Necessary For The Proper, Complete Execution Of The Works And In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Manufacturers Recommendations, Including In Particular Assembly Materials, Spacers, Connectors, Protective Coatings And Finishing Materials. Additionally, The Service Includes Disassembly Of Damaged Elements And Their Disposal.3. When Carrying Out Renovation Activities, Materials With Appropriate Certificates Should Be Used. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials Identical To The Existing Ones Or Replacement Ones With Parameters Not Worse Than The Original Material. Due To The Need To Ensure Appropriate Technical Parameters Of The Incorporated Materials, The Contractor Will Obtain Written Approval From The Ordering Party Regarding The Proposed Materials For Installation. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Materials, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Comments Or Accept In Writing The Proposed Materials For Installation. The Lack Of A Written Position Of The Ordering Party Within The Set Deadline Will Mean Acceptance Of The Presented Materials Without Any Comments. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account Any Comments Made By The Ordering Party And To Always Obtain The Ordering Partys Acceptance Of Their Changes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials Approved By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Partys Acceptance Will Be Valid For All Materials Carried Out Under The Contract.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Only Equipment That Will Not Adversely Affect The Quality Of The Works Performed And Will Ensure Proper Performance Of The Works, I.E. The Quality And Timeliness Of The Service. The Contractor Will Have: - Min. 1 Vehicle With A Capacity Of Min. 0.9 Tons, - Necessary Equipment And Tools To Perform The Work (Power Generator - 1 Pc., Angle Grinder - 1 Pc., Drill/Screwdriver - 1 Pc., Welding Machine - 1 Pc.).5. At The Stage Of Task Implementation, The Work Will Be Supervised On Behalf Of The Contractor By A Person With At Least Secondary Education, With A Construction Profile.6.
