1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of It Equipment And Software Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including: 1) Reliability Cluster With Installation And Configuration Consisting Of 2 Servers, 1 Matrix And 2 Ups Power Supplies, 2) Purchase And Implementation Of An Xdr Edr Class System: - Remote Administration In The Cloud, - Protection Of Workstations, - Server Protection, - Encryption, - Protection Of Mobile Devices Based On The System Android, - Protection Of The Ms Exchange Mail Server, - Sandbox In The Cloud, - Protection Of The Microsoft 365 Service, - Xdr Module, - Vulnerability And Update Management Module, - Protection Through Two-Factor Authentication, 3) Updating Of Servers, Systems, Networks And Logs, 4) Implementation Of A Central Siem Log Storage System, 5) Implementation Of Log Aggregation Software.2. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Following Evidence Together With The Offer: 1) List Of Technical And Functional Parameters - Prepared According To The Template Constituting Appendix No. 5 To The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturer And Model/Name Of The Offered Hardware And Software And Confirm The Fulfillment Of Key Functionalities.3. If The Contractor Has Not Submitted The Evidence Or The Evidence Submitted Is Incomplete, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 107 Section 2 Calls On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement Them.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz Together With The Annexes. 6. If The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Documentation Constituting The Annexes To The Swz By Indicating The Technology, Manufacturer, Proper Names, Trademarks Or Origin Of Devices And Materials, Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Informs That They Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature For Determining The Basic Parameters And Features Of The Materials Used. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions While Maintaining The Same Technical, Technological, Quality And Functional Standards. Equivalent Products Should Be Understood As Devices And Materials Having No Worse Technical Parameters And The Same Functional Features As The Specific Product Indicated By Name Or Origin. The Use Of Equivalent Products Cannot In Any Way Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Technical Solutions. A List Of Equivalent Solutions Used And Accepted By The Contractor For The Valuation Of Materials Or Devices Must Be Attached To The Offer, If Such A Situation Occurs.
