A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 - 7.1. To 7.6. To Swz For A Given Part Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Six Parts. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts Of The Order. 3.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Of New, Non-Exhibition, Specialist Consumables, Described In Detail In Annex No. 7. 7.1. – 7.6. The Delivered Consumables Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) They Must Be Brand New, Not For Exhibition And Free From Third Party Rights, B) They Must Be Approved For Use In Accordance With The Intended Use Resulting From The Opz/Technical Parameters, C) They Must Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified In Annex No. 7 - 7.1. – 7.6. To The Swz, And If The Ordering Party Has Not Indicated, The Warranty Period Is A Minimum Of 6 Monthsd) The Consumable Materials Offered On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.3.5. Note: Whenever The Documentation Indicates The Brand Or Origin Of A Product Or Device, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is Followed By The Word Or Equivalent, I.E. That The Built-In Materials, Elements, Etc. Will Have (Characterize) All Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In This Documentation For A Given Order Item.3.6. If Specific Technical Solutions Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Allowed To Use Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Their Features And Parameters, And All Possible Brand Names Of Devices And Products Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Standard Definitions, And Not Specific Brand Names Of Devices And Products Used In This Documentation.
