Tenders are invited for Procurement of Design, Development and Implementation of a Payroll System for Government Organizations. A complete set of Procurement Documents in English may be purchased from Department of State Accounts (DSA) office by interested bidders on the submission of a written application on a business letterhead, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 80,000.00. The method of payment will be by cash. Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 2.00 p.m. on May 05, 2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the bid closing in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee of not less than LKR 7,000,000.00.
