The Provider Of This Public Procurement Is A Financial Institution And A Company Engaged In The Sale And Maintenance Of Telescopic Loaders, Which Leases The Telescopic Loader According To The Conditions Stated In The Basic Procurement Documents. We Conclude A Lease Contract For A Telescopic Loader With Maintenance Service Required Until 6,000 Working Hours Have Been Completed. The Loader Must Be New, Unused. The Loader And Equipment Must Meet The Technical Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Estonia. The Owner Of The Rental Loader Must Be The Provider During The Entire Rental Period. Järvamaa Applied College Is The Responsible User Of The Loader For The Entire Duration Of The Rental Agreement. Delivery Time Of The Loader To Järvamaa Applied College No Later Than June 2026. The Length Of The Lease Period Is 60 Months. The Initial Deposit Is 0 Euros. The Description Of The Equipment Of The Loader Is In Annex 1 Technical Conditions On The Form, Which Is Filled Out And Submitted By The Tenderer. The Provider Will Also Provide A Maintenance Schedule Up To 6,000 Operating Hours.
