The Purpose Of The Procurement Is The Production, Maintenance And Development Of Kihus Ict Services. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Select A Provider Of Ict Services From August 2026 At The Latest. The Implementation And Development Project Is Planned To Start In May 2026. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Find A Supplier Who Is Able To Support Kihus Day-To-Day Operations And Develop And Modernize It Solutions And Information Security As Described In The Tender Request And Its Appendices. The Procurement Includes The Following Service Packages: - Commissioning And Development Project: Transfer Of Services From The Current Supplier To The Selected Supplier In The Scope Specified In The Request For Tender. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Design, Implementation, Documentation And Commissioning Of The Transfer Project At A Fixed Price. The Customer Supports The Transfer, But The Overall Responsibility Rests With The Supplier. The Supplier Attaches A Description Of The Local Support Service To The Offer.- Remote Support Services For Users (Spoc) On Weekdays From 8:00 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. In Finnish, Including 1.-2. Level Support, Ticket System And Agreed Response Times.- Management And Monitoring Of Computers And Mobile Devices As Specified In The Request For Tender.- Microsoft Licenses According To The Price Table.- Maintenance, Monitoring And Management Of The Microsoft 365 Environment (Tenant). For The Service.- Commercial Contact Person.- Other Services And Products Specified In The Request For Tender.
