The City Of Kuusamo Is Tendering For An Expert Service To Draw Up The Kuusamo City Center Development Vision 2045 As Part Of The Project Climate-Wise, Living Kuusamo City Center - Kuusamo City Center Development Vision 2045. The Goal Of The Vision Is To Guide The Long-Term Development Of The City Center In Such A Way That It Supports Climate Change Mitigation And Adaptation, Business Conditions And The Functionality, Comfort And Accessibility Of The Built Environment. The Object Of Procurement Is An Expert Service That Includes The City Center Drawing Up A Development Vision With A Participatory Design Process And Carrying Out Analyzes And Reports That Support The Vision Work. The Work Utilizes Existing Surveys And Plans And Involves Extensive Stakeholder Groups, Such As Residents, Entrepreneurs, Decision-Makers And Other Actors. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Parts: 1. Participative Vision Work, Which Includes Initial Data Analysis, Involvement Of Stakeholders And Drawing Up A Vision And Action Program, And2. Analyzes That Support The Vision Work, Which Include A Canopy Coverage Analysis (Item 1) And A Green Network Plan And A Review Of Stormwater Management (Item 2).
