The Design Task Includes The Following Areas:- Renovation Of The Interior Of The A-Wing (E.G. Space Changes, Floor And Surface Structures, Sealing Repairs, Measures To Secure Use, Technical Systems And Related Tasks). - The Preliminary Design Area Is Approx. 600 M2. Renovation/Modification Of The Water Roof Of The A-Wing (Approx. 970 M2) And Related Structures And Building Parts.- Renovation/Modification Of The Ventilation System Of The A-Wing As Applicable, Including The Change Needs Of The Technical Systems And Facilities In The Area Affected By The Equipment. - Individual Measures On A Limited Part Of The Facade.- Tasks Related To Electrical And Automation Design Related To The Project. More Detailed Content Description Of The Object And Acquisition In Appendix 2 Of The Planning Program. With The Renovation Of The Interior, The Aim Is To Achieve A Service Life Of At Least 10 Years. Normal Service Life For The Water Roof And Technology. Procurement Form 1 = Procurement With Working Drawings. The Total Cost Level Of The Acquisition Is Eur 1.27 Million, Which Includes Construction Costs And The Developers Purchases. The Designer Is Responsible For Monitoring And Evaluating The Costs Of The Selected Solutions At Different Planning Stages. The Preparation Of A Cost Estimate At The Level Of A Construction Part Calculation Is Part Of The Planning Content. The Information Produced In The Cost Calculation Is Intended To Be Used For The Evaluation Of The Costs Of The Construction Contract And As Background Information For The Investment.
