The Value-Driven Maintenance Project (Pn.Wgo.01.) Aims To Carry Out Maintenance On Provincial Roads In North Brabant In A Smart And Efficient Manner In The Future. The Province Of North Brabant Will Organize The Required Maintenance Activities For Provincial Infrastructure In Such A Way That Value-Driven Maintenance Is Central. This Choice Leads, Among Other Things, To A New Maintenance Contract, In Which The Current Lifespan Extending Maintenance (Lvo) And Major Maintenance (Go) Are Combined. To Achieve The Added Value For Brabant From Regular (Major) Maintenance, A Different Way Of Cooperation Between Government And Market Is Crucial. We Do This To Ensure That Knowledge And Expertise From Both The Market And Government Function Optimally. That Is The Added Value Of A New Long-Term Maintenance Contract For Lvo And Go, Under The Name Value-Driven Maintenance (Wgo). We Will Do This Through Value Driven Maintenance; A Serial Approach In Which Assignments Are Combined, Which Are Placed Through A Standardized Request To One Of The Two Selected Contract Partners (With A Rovk With Noks For Advisory Services And Implementation Work) In A Long-Term Collaboration With The Market 4+2+2 Years And With 2 Geographically Arranged Plots (East-West).
