Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead Conducts An Open Procedure For Awarding A Public Order With The Subject: Supply Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Reading Of Electricity Meters In Converge For External And Internal Installation, Ref. No. Ppd 26-017. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Separate Items As Follows: 1. Separate Item No. 1: Supply Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Reading Of Electricity Meters In Converge - External Installation; 2. Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Reading Of Electricity Meters In Converge - Internal Installation. The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Carried Out By Purchase According To The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act And Has The Subject Of Concluding Contracts With Contractors For The Supply And Purchase Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Reading Of Electricity Meters In Converge For External Installation And Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Reading Of Electricity Meters In Converge For Internal Installation, According To The Terms And Requirements Of The Announcement And The Participation Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Meter Reading In Converge For External Installation And The Supply Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Meter Reading In Converge For Internal Installation, By Types And Estimated Quantities, As Follows: 1. Separate Item No. 1: Supply Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Reading Of Electricity Meters In Converge - External Installation - 1,500 Pcs.; 2. Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Gsm/Gprs/3G/4G Modems For Remote Reading Of Electricity Meters In Converge For Internal Installation - 3,100 Pcs.​​​​ Each Participant Can Submit An Offer For One Or Both Of The Selected Positions. The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Individual Positions That Can Be Assigned To The Same Contractor. The Criterion For Awarding The Contract For Each Of The Two Separate Items When Determining The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Lowest Price. The Participant Who Offered The Lowest Total Price Is Ranked First For The Respective Individual Position. A Contract Is Concluded With The Participant Ranked First. The Place Of Delivery Of The Goods Under The Subject Of The Contract Is The Site (Warehouse) Of The Contracting Authority, Located At The Address: Republic Of Bulgaria, City Of Sofia, P.K. 1343, G.K. Lyulin 2, Dobrinova Skala Blvd. No. 14, Building Of Electricity Distribution Networks West Ead. The Goods Subject To The Order Will Be Transported (Delivered) By The Contractor, At His Expense, Under His Responsibility And With His Technical Means (Resources). The Term Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date On Which The Contract Was Concluded Or Until Its Maximum Value Is Reached, Depending On Which Of The Events So Specified Will Occur First In Time. Upon The Occurrence Of The First Of The Alternative And Independent Grounds For Termination So Specified, The Contract Shall Be Terminated Automatically Without The Need For Any Notice Or Notice To Be Given By Either Party To The Other Party. The Execution Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Depending On The Technical Readiness And Need Of The Contracting Authority To Assign The Execution.​​
