The Public Contract Has The Subject: Ongoing Repair Of A Sports And Training Hall - The Town Of Rudozem And Includes The Implementation Of Construction And Installation Works On An Existing Site - A Sports And Training Hall Located In The Town Of Rudozem, Municipality Of Rudozem. The Building Is A Sports Facility Entered In The Register Of Sports Facilities, Intended For Training Activities And Used Year-Round By Students, Sports Clubs And Citizens. The Facility Has A Training Hall, Service Rooms, Areas For Athletes And Visitors, As Well As Stands For Spectators, Providing An Accessible Environment For People With Disabilities. The Order Covers Construction And Installation Works Aimed At Eliminating Existing Operational Problems Related To Compromised Elements Of The Building, Including Roof And Flooring, As Well As Improving The Functional And Operational Characteristics Of The Site. As Part Of The Implementation, Construction And Assembly Works Are Planned, Including: Dismantling Of Existing Pavements And Elements; Delivery And Installation Of Wooden Sports Flooring With The Relevant Technical Indicators; Implementation Of Roofing Works, Including Installation Of Roofing Elements And Waterproofing; Replacement And Repair Of Joinery; Construction Of Video Surveillance And Sound Systems; Supply And Installation Of Equipment And Facilities; Carrying Out Accompanying Construction And Installation Activities Necessary For The Overall Implementation Of The Site. The Main Purpose Of The Order Is To Remove Compromised Sections, Ensure Safe Conditions For Operation, Improve The Technical Characteristics Of The Building And Extend Its Operational Life. Construction Is The Third Category According To Art. 6, Para. 3, Item 4 Of Regulation No. 1/2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Implementation Of The Activities Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Current Legislation, The Requirements For Construction Quality, Health And Safety Working Conditions And Environmental Protection, And All Input Materials Should Meet The Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Technical Specifications.
